Spinach, Pear, and Toasted Walnut Salad image

This is a very tastey, but light salad I put together. Many varieties of pear grown in the Rogue Valley in southern Oregon and I adore them! It makes a great lunch salad for two or a salad course for three or four.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover spinach. It's also a good source of vitamins and minerals.

I'm not a fan of spinach salads, but this one was actually pretty good. The pears and walnuts added a nice sweetness and crunch.

This salad was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

I tried this recipe and it didn't turn out well. The walnuts were too oily and the dressing was too sweet.

This salad was a disappointment. The dressing was bland and the pears were too tart.
