I'm a fan of quiche, and these are some of the best I've ever had. Consider serving them at the next potluck - your friends and family will rave!

My kids loved these spinach quiche squares. They're so easy to eat, and they're a great way to get them to eat their vegetables.

I added a few chopped mushrooms to the filling. It added a nice earthy flavor.

This is a great recipe for a light lunch or brunch. The quiche is also easy to make ahead of time, so it's perfect for a busy week.

I've made this recipe twice now. Each time it's a crowd-pleaser. A friend of mine requested this past weekend for a brunch and they couldn't get enough!

Spinach quiche squares were a hit with my family! I used a 9-inch pie pan and cut each piece in half. The crust was tender, spinach was fresh, and the filling was flavorful. An instant classic.
