Steps:
- Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Bake in greased 11x7 pyrex baking dish at 350° for about 30 minutes or until lightly brown on top. Let cool and cut into 16 squares for a great appetizer or into 6-8 pieces for a side vegetable of quick breakfast. Variation: replace cheeses with 6oz feta cheese and 8oz Muenster. Add 1/8 t nutmeg.
