SPINACH SALAD & MAPLE DRESSING image

Baby Spinach
Bacon, Crumbled
Green Apple Chunks
Shredded cheddar, Mozza or both
Dressing:
3 tbsp. Maple Syrup
3/4 cup Hellmans Mayo
1/4 cup Sugar
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tbsp. Vinegar

Steps:

  • Mix Baby Spinach, Bacon, Green apple chunks, and shredded cheese in bowl. Mix Maple Syrup, Hellmans Mayo, Sugar, Lemon Juice and Vinegar in separate bowl for the dressing.
