This strata was a bit of a disappointment. It was easy to make, but it was bland and boring. I think it needed more flavor. I won't be making it again.

Overall, this strata was a good recipe. It was easy to make and it was a great way to use up some leftover potatoes. I would definitely make it again, but I would make a few changes next time.

This strata was a bit too eggy for me. I think I would have preferred it with less eggs. I also think it would have been better with some more vegetables. I'll definitely be making it again, but I'll make some changes next time.
