Sriracha Tuna Salad image

I had a large bottle of sriracha sitting in the fridge and wondered how it would work in a tuna salad sandwich. Works very, very well.

1 (5 ounce) can tuna, or more to taste, drained and flaked
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
3 mini sweet peppers, or more to taste
2 tablespoons Sriracha hot chili sauce, or more to taste
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons honey mustard

Steps:

  • Mix tuna, eggs, and peppers in a bowl. Stir sriracha, mayonnaise, and honey mustard into the tuna mixture.
  • Refrigerate tuna salad for 5 minutes.
