Starbucks®-Style Green Tea Frappuccino image

This is a recipe for Starbucks® famous frozen matcha drink made to match texture, but less sweet and more flavorful.

2 cups ice
½ cup milk
3 tablespoons vanilla-flavored syrup
1 tablespoon powdered non-dairy creamer
1 ½ tablespoons green tea powder (matcha)
⅛ teaspoon xanthan gum

Steps:

  • Blend ice, milk, vanilla syrup, coffee creamer, green tea powder, and xanthan gum in a blender until smooth, 20 to 40 seconds.
