Found this recipe years ago in a Bon Appetit magazine. It sounds really good. It's from the Shin's in Le Meridien Hotel, NY Japanese "fusion" cuisine, (blend of Asian and Western).

The sauce was a bit too spicy for me, but the steak was cooked perfectly. I would try this recipe again, but I would use less wasabi in the sauce.

The steak was a bit overcooked for my taste, but the garlic-wasabi sauce was amazing. I would definitely try this recipe again, but I would cook the steak for a shorter amount of time.
