- 2. Place 2 to 3 inch of water and steamer basket in large saucepan;bring water to boil.
- 3. Add broccoli and carrots ;cover.steam about 8 to 10 min or until vegetables are crisp-tender.Place vegetables in serving bowl.Add butter;toss lightly to coat.Season to taste with salt and pepper.
