Number Of Ingredients 10

1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup honey
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup catsup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
4 lbs. beef ribs

Steps:

  • 1. Mix vinegar, honey, Worcestershire, catsup, salt, mustard, paprika, pepper and garlic in a pan. Cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Place ribs in a single layer in baking pan, cover with hot marinade and let stand for 1 hour. Drain off marinade, then bake ribs at 325 for 1 hour, turning and basting often with marinade.
