This was a great way to use up leftover pork. It's easy to make and comes together quickly. The papaya adds a nice tanginess that balances out the richness of the pork.

This was a disappointing dish. The pork was tough and the papaya was bland. The sauce was also very watery. I would not recommend this recipe.
