- 1. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- 2. Beat in sugar and almond extract.
- 3. Fold in whipped cream; fold in strawberries. Spoon into tart shells. Refrigerate until serving.
- 4. (These tarts are just as good with fresh raspberries.)
