Strawberry Buttermilk Salad image

I have made this for several years for my Dad but i don't recall when or where I got the recipe.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 box 6 oz. sugar free strawberry jell-o
1 large container cool whip
1/2 c chopped pecans
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
2 c buttermilk

Steps:

  • 1. Heat pineapple add Jell-o and stir until dissolved. Cool. Add buttermilk, coolwhip and nuts. Stir and mix well. Pour into a container and chill until firm.
