Here's an interesting spin on bruschetta. The creamy ricotta cheese spread is an ideal complement to the sweet, minty strawberry topping. -Laura Stricklin, Jackson, Mississippi

This strawberry ricotta bruschetta was amazing! The ricotta was creamy and the strawberries were perfectly ripe and sweet. The balsamic glaze added a nice touch of acidity and the basil gave it a fresh flavor. I will definitely be making this again.
