I'm not usually a fan of tapioca pearls, but I really enjoyed them in this salad. They were perfectly chewy and added a nice contrast to the soft strawberries. The dressing is also delicious and perfectly complements the other ingredients.

I'm allergic to dairy, so I used a dairy-free yogurt in the dressing. It worked perfectly! The salad was still creamy and delicious. I'm so glad I found this recipe because it's now one of my favorite summer salads.

I love that this salad is so versatile. You can add or remove ingredients to suit your taste. I like to add a handful of chopped nuts or seeds for some extra crunch. You could also add some fresh herbs, like mint or basil, for a pop of flavor.

This salad is a great make-ahead dish. I made it the night before a party and it was even better the next day. The flavors had time to meld together and the tapioca pearls had a chance to soak up the dressing. Highly recommend making this salad ahead
