I'm not sure what went wrong, but my casserole didn't turn out very well. The bell peppers were tough and the filling was bland. I'm not sure if I'll try this recipe again.

Overall, this casserole was a good recipe. It was easy to make and the results were delicious. I would definitely make it again, but I would make a few changes to suit my own taste.

The casserole was a bit too cooked for my taste. I think I would cook it for less time next time or at a lower temperature.

The casserole was a bit too cheesy for my taste. I think I would use less cheese next time or use a different type of cheese.

I found that the casserole was a bit dry. I think I would add some extra sauce or broth next time to make it more moist.

This casserole was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I think I just added too much chili powder. Next time I'll use less chili powder and see how it turns out.

This casserole is a great way to use up leftover bell peppers and ground beef. It's also a great freezer meal - I just pop it in the freezer and then bake it when I'm ready to eat.
