STUFFED FRENCH TOAST STRATA image

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 lb loaf unsliced french bread
1 8oz pkg cream cheese, cubed
8 eggs
2 1/2 C milk, light cream, or half and half

Steps:

  • Cut French bread into cubes. Grease a 13x9x2 baking dish. Place 1/2 C of bread in baking dish. Tope with cream cheese. Then remaining bread cubes. Mix eggs, milk, melted butter, maple syrup until combined. Pour egg mixture evenly over bread and cheese cubes. Press slightly with spatula to moisten. Cover, refridgerate for 2-24 hours. Bake 35-40 minutes at 325.
