Succulent Baby Scallop Stir-Fry image

I purchased baby scallops without a recipe in mind so with some vegetables I had in my refrigerator I came up with this gloriously rich dish! The best part about this recipe is you can use any of your favorite vegetables and it will surely be a hit.

This recipe was a disaster. The scallops were overcooked and the sauce was too salty. I wouldn't recommend this recipe to anyone.

I thought this recipe was just okay. The scallops were a little bland and the sauce was a bit too sweet. I wouldn't make this dish again.

This dish was a bit too rich for my taste. The scallops were cooked well, but the sauce was a bit too heavy. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover scallops. I had some leftover from a seafood boil and they worked perfectly in this dish.
