Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350*.
- Grease baking dish (dishes - I use 4 individual ramekins, but could also be 9x13 pan).
- Crack & whip eggs.
- Add applesauce, oil and splenda.
- Mix in milk, baking powder, vanilla & cinnamon.
- Add oats & raisins - stir well.
- Pour into pan(s).
- Bake for 35 minutes - until set.
- You can also enjoy with any other type of dried or fresh fruit mixed.
- Serve with cream and splenda - Enjoy!
