1 tablespoon olive oil
2 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
1 shallot, chopped
1 1/2 cups chopped seeded tomatoes
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon drained capers
1 teaspoon brine reserved

This dish was a bit too tangy for my taste. I think I would have preferred a sweeter sauce. I also found that the chicken was a bit dry. Overall, it was an okay meal, but I wouldn't make it again.

This was a delicious and easy recipe! I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and they cooked in no time. The sauce was also very easy to make and flavorful. I served it over rice and it was a perfect meal. I will definitely be making this again!

This dish was a bit bland for my taste. I added some extra garlic and Italian seasoning to the sauce, and it helped a lot. I also served it over pasta instead of rice, and that made a big difference.
