Number Of Ingredients 5

1/2 lb hamburger (or chipped beef)
1 pt milk
1 tsp salt
2-3 egg yolks
2 Tbsp flour

Steps:

  • 1. Fry hamburger (or any kind of meat including chipped beef). Pour off all fats.
  • 2. In a separate bowl mix the rest of the ingredients with a wire whisk. Pour into skillet with meat. Stir constantly until gravy thickens. Pour over toast or biscuits.
