Steps:
- For marinade: Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Pour marinade over pork in shallow dish, cover and marinate in fridge, turning occasionally, for 2 hours. Heat bbq and cook pork for approx. 20 minutes (50C - med), turning once. Let stand for 10 minutes after cooking. Slice on diagonal. Boil remaining marinade until thickened and pour over pork, or separately in a sauce boat.
