I'm not a huge fan of BBQ sauce, but I really enjoyed this recipe. The sauce is not too sweet or tangy, and it has a nice smoky flavor. I will definitely be making this again.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover chicken. I had some leftover from a rotisserie chicken, and it worked perfectly in this recipe. The sauce is also very versatile. I've used it on chicken breasts, pork chops, and even fish.

This recipe was easy to follow and the chicken turned out great. I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs and they cooked perfectly in the crock pot. The sauce is also very good. I served it over rice and it was a delicious meal.
