Pork Chops with a oriental flavor. Nice served with rice and a green vegetable. I like Steamed Ginger Broccoli that I have already posted.

Steps:
- 1. Heat oil in skillet. Saute` chops with garlic and ginger in oil, turning to brown both sides.
- 2. SAUCE: To make sauce, combine oil, rice wine, soy sauce, brown sugar and red pepper flakes.
- 3. Pour over chops in skillet and cover tightly. Simmer over low heat until chops are tender and cooked through; 30-35 minutes.
- 4. Add water as needed to keep sauce from cooking down too much.
- 5. Remove chops from skillet to serving platter. Stir in cornstarch dissolved in water. Cook until thickened. Pour over chops and serve.
