Sweet Potato Crunch image

Every holiday meal in the south includes some type of sweet potato dish. This one can be made ahead and kept in the refrigerator.

Number Of Ingredients 12

30 oz sweet potatoes, mashed
1 c white sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c milk
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 stick melted butter
TOPPING
1 c chopped pecans
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c all purpose flour
1/2 c melted butter

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a buttered 9x13 pan. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake 350*F for 35 minutes.
