2 tablespoons dry white wine or water
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 cup uncooked Arborio or other short-grain rice
1/2 cup mashed cooked sweet potato
3 3/4 cups Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton), warmed
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves or 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Overall, this was a good recipe. The risotto was creamy and flavorful, but I found the instructions to be a bit confusing.

This dish was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think that could be easily remedied by reducing the amount of sweet potatoes or sugar.

I'm not usually a fan of risotto, but this recipe changed my mind. The sweet potatoes and sage gave it a really nice flavor.
