I don't recall where this recipe came from, but I've had it for many years. Great taste. I usually manage to have it half gone before it's time to serve. The beans can be left whole (for effect) or cut - it's your choice. Note that the marinating time is very important, and is included in the cooking time.

I'm always looking for new and exciting ways to cook green beans, and this recipe definitely fits the bill. The sweet and sour sauce is a great change of pace from the usual butter and garlic. I also love the addition of bacon, which adds a nice smok

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover bacon. The green beans and sauce are also very flavorful. I like to add a little bit of chopped red onion for extra crunch and flavor. It's a great dish to serve at a potluck or party.

I've made this dish several times now and it's always a hit. The combination of sweet and sour flavors is irresistible and the bacon adds a nice smoky touch. I often serve it as a side dish for grilled chicken or fish, but it's also great on its own
