Sweet Summer Strawberry Smoothie image

I had to go buy the yogart,just to make this recipe last week.This IS a Grand,filling snack or dessert!It was a Hit with my family!!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 c dannon® oikos® greek vanilla yogurt
1/2 c frozen strawberries, unsweetened
1/2 c frozen peach slices, unsweetened
1/2 banana,peeled
1/2 c low-fat milk
*IF USING FRESH FRUIT ADD 2/3 CUP ICE TO THE RECIPE.

Steps:

  • 1. Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth and serve immediately.
  • 2. Yields 1 serving (18oz)
