I have been making these for the last 30 years, always with success. They have a wonderful flavour. I even love them cold.

Overall, I thought these tartlets were pretty good. They were easy to make and they tasted good. However, I think they could have been better if I had used a different type of cheese.

I found that the filling was a bit too thick for my taste. Next time, I'll try using less cheese.

I've tried several different Swiss cheese tartlet recipes, and this one is by far the best. The crust is flaky and the filling is creamy and flavorful.

I was a bit hesitant to try this recipe because I'm not a big fan of Swiss cheese. But I'm so glad I did! The cheese flavor is subtle and perfectly balanced by the other ingredients.
