Number Of Ingredients 9

1 teaspoon salt, sea
1 teaspoon pepper, fresh, ground, black
1 teaspoon mustard
10 ounces olive oil
1 tablespoon sugar
3 1/2 ounces vinegar
1 egg, small
2 teaspoons cream
1/8-1/4 cup water (more if necessary)

Steps:

  • Blend together all the ingredients except the water in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  • Add enough water to give a lightly coating consistency.
  • Put in a screwtop jar and place in the refrigerator until needed.
  • Use within 3-4 days.
