This dish is a bit too bland for my taste. I would recommend adding some more spices next time.

I've tried this recipe several times and I've never been able to get the pork to come out tender. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I'm not a big fan of sauerkraut, but I really enjoyed this dish. The pork was so tender and flavorful, and the sauerkraut was not too sour.

I've made this dish several times and it always turns out great. The key is to use a good quality sauerkraut. I like to use a German-style sauerkraut that has a nice sour flavor.

This dish is a classic for a reason. The pork is fall-off-the-bone tender and the sauerkraut is tangy and flavorful. I served it with mashed potatoes and it was a hit with my family.
