SWORDFISH WITH LEMON WINE ROSEMARY SAUCE image

1.5 lb swordfish steaks
1 TBS fresh rosemary finely chopped
1 tsp fresh thyme chopped
1/2 lemon juiced
1 TBS olive oil
1/4 C white wine
1 TBS butter
1 clove garlic, chopped
Pinch salt
Cracked pepper

Steps:

  • Season swordfish with salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme. Heat large skillet HOT! Carefully add fish and sear for 5-7 min per side. Add butter and wine, garlic and lemon juice Garnish with more fresh thyme and rosemary
