1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
4 6-ounce swordfish steaks (each about 3/4 inch thick)
Cooked white rice

I've made this swordfish recipe several times now, and it's always a winner. The marinade is so easy to make, and it really infuses the fish with flavor. I like to serve it with a simple green salad and some grilled vegetables.
