Taco Spiced Sweet Potato Fries image

Just one packet of Old El Paso taco seasoning mix takes your baked sweet potato fries in a decidedly Tex-Mex direction.

2 medium or 3 small sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch strips
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 teaspoons Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix (from 1-oz package)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, toss sweet potatoes with oil and taco seasoning mix until coated. Spread potatoes in single layer on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake 20 to 30 minutes, turning once or twice, until potatoes are lightly browned and tender.
