Tangerine Tuna (marinade) image

Excellent. This recipe came from a cookbook called "Miami Spice" which I picked up in the Miami airport. The marinade can be used on other types of fish as well. It smells heavenly and tastes even better. Prep time includes marinating time.

I was really looking forward to trying this recipe, but I was disappointed. The marinade was too sweet and the tuna was overcooked. I won't be making this again.

The marinade was great, but the tuna was a bit overcooked. I think I will try cooking it for a shorter amount of time next time.

This recipe was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have preferred a more savory marinade.

This marinade was a delightful surprise! The tangerine and ginger flavors complemented the tuna perfectly, and the fish cooked up moist and flaky. I served it with a simple salad and roasted vegetables, and it was a hit with my family.
