I accidentally used brown sugar instead of white sugar in the glaze. It was still delicious, but it had a slightly different flavor. I think I prefer the white sugar glaze better.

I'm not a big fan of ketchup, so I substituted BBQ sauce in the glaze. It turned out great! The BBQ sauce gave the meatloaf a nice smoky flavor.

This meatloaf was a bit too tangy for my taste, but my husband loved it. I think next time I'll use a little less vinegar in the glaze.
