1 cup sliced mushrooms (3 ounces)
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1 medium carrot, thinly sliced (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup fat-free (skim) milk
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon chopped fresh or 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

This pasta dish is a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. My kids love the creamy sauce and the chicken, and they don't even notice the spinach.
