Steps:
- Place cubed left-over ham in food processor; pulse to grind. (Careful, not too much).
- Remove to mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients.
- Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
- Serve with baquettes, crackers or sturdy tortilla chips.
