Tex Mex Chili and Cornbread Waffles image

Next time you grill out or grill in, throw on a few extra pieces of steak to use for another day. You are not limited to just steak; chicken, pork, roast, turkey would also work great. This is a drier version of chili that I like to serve over cornbread waffles. Hope you enjoy!

The chili was delicious, but the waffles were a bit dry. I think I'll try adding some more butter to the batter next time.

This dish was a huge hit with my family! The waffles were perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The chili was flavorful and had just the right amount of heat. I will definitely be making this again.
