1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/4 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
2 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup grape juice
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Allow to cool and use as a sauce on any grilled meat or fish -- especially salmon!
