This dish was a complete disaster! The chicken was tough and dry, and the bell peppers were burnt. The Thai-style sauce was watery and flavorless. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

I thought this dish was just okay. The chicken was a bit dry, and the bell peppers were a bit too roasted. The Thai-style sauce was tasty, but it didn't really save the dish. I wouldn't make this again.

I used ground turkey instead of chicken, and it turned out great! The flavors were well-balanced, and the bell peppers were nice and tender. I served this with a side of brown rice, and it was a delicious and satisfying meal.
