This comes from The American Country Inn and Bed & Breakfast Cookbook. The Black Swan Restaurant is in Jefferson, Texas...not sure if it is still in business or not. We tried this and loved it.

Overall, I thought this dressing was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

I've tried this dressing several times and I just can't seem to get it right. It always ends up being too thick or too thin.

I found this dressing to be too runny. I had to add some extra mayonnaise to thicken it up.

This dressing is a bit too sweet for my taste. I prefer a more savory dressing.

I'm not a huge fan of creamy dressings, but this one is an exception. It's light and refreshing, with just the right amount of tang.

This dressing is amazing! It's so flavorful and versatile. I've used it on salads, grilled chicken, and even as a marinade. It's always a hit.
