I love the combination of flavors in this dressing. The sweetness of the honey, the tanginess of the vinegar, and the nuttiness of the pine nuts all come together perfectly.

I'm allergic to nuts, so I substituted the pine nuts for sunflower seeds. It turned out great!

This dressing is a great way to use up leftover herbs. I always have a bunch of fresh herbs in my fridge, and this is a great way to use them up before they go bad.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my dressing turned out really watery. I think I might have added too much vinegar.

This dressing is a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try it with less honey next time.

I'm not a huge fan of vinegar-based dressings, but this one is surprisingly good. The sweetness of the honey really balances out the acidity of the vinegar.
