I love this special casserole. I often substitute ham for the corned beef because I like it better that way. I have even made this using regular thinly sliced roast beef.

This is a great recipe for a quick and easy weeknight meal. It's also a great way to use up leftover corned beef.

This casserole was a bit bland for my taste. I think I would add more spices next time.

I thought this casserole was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

This casserole was a bit too heavy for my taste. The flavors were good, but it was just too rich.

I love Reuben sandwiches, so I was excited to try this casserole. It did not disappoint! The casserole was creamy and cheesy, with just the right amount of tang from the sauerkraut. I will definitely be making this again and again.
