This is so simple and easy to make. We have this at work at least once a month. I have made some corrections to the recipe that I failed to add when originally posted. Enjoy.

I'm not a big fan of canned soup, but this recipe is surprisingly good. The vegetables are still crisp and the soup has a nice, creamy flavor.

This soup is a great way to use up leftover turkey or chicken. I also like to add a can of corn or peas for a little extra sweetness.

I'm not a big fan of cream of mushroom soup, so I substitute cream of celery soup instead. It gives the soup a more savory flavor.
