Three Corn Casserole Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 c. butter - melted
3 eggs
1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn - drained
8 oz. French onion dip
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Steps:

  • Preheat over to 350. Grease 9 x 13 pan. Beat eggs in mixer until foamy. Add both corns, butter, drip and pepper. Mix well. Stir in muffin mix by hand. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake until knife come out clean and casserole is nicely browned. About 55 minutes.
