Throw-Together Crockpot Pork Roast image

Of course it was the name which attracted me to this recipe. That, plus the fact that I had a nice pork butt in the refrigerator. I want to tell you this recipe turned out divinely. I had it for a dinner with mashed potatoes (could also use noodles) to sop up the gravy. I also shredded some of the pork for a lovely warm pork sandwich. This recipe was posted on TOH by Qagal. Besides pork butt you can use pork shoulder in this recipe. Do not use pork loin however; it is too lean and the flavor is just not the same.

I didn't have any Worcestershire sauce so I used soy sauce instead. It turned out great!

This recipe was a bit too spicy for me, but I still enjoyed it.

This recipe was a fail for me. The pork roast was tough and the sauce was bland. I'm not sure what went wrong.

I followed the recipe but my pork roast was a little dry. I think I cooked it for too long. Next time I will cook it for less time and see if that makes a difference.
