Thunder Bay Oven Fried Chicken image

My grandmother sent me this community book from Thunderbay, it's pretty old, the dishes are amazing and very easy to fix. This was one of my grandmothers favourite dishes. I remember having this when we were little kids visiting her.

I've tried many oven-fried chicken recipes, but this one is by far the best. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
