Tilapia with Corn Salsa image

My family loves fish, and this super fast dish is very popular at my house. Though it tastes as if it takes a long time, it cooks in minutes under the broiler. We like it garnished with lemon wedges and served with couscous on the side. -Brenda Coffey, Singer Island, Florida

I love the combination of flavors in this dish. The sweetness of the corn salsa pairs perfectly with the savory tilapia.

I'm not a big fan of tilapia, but this recipe changed my mind. The fish was flaky and flavorful, and the salsa was the perfect complement.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover corn. I had some grilled corn on the cob and it worked perfectly in the salsa.

The tilapia was delicious, but the corn salsa was a bit too spicy for my taste. I will try making it with less jalapeƱo next time.

I followed the recipe exactly and the tilapia came out a little dry. I think next time I will cook it for a shorter amount of time.
