Overall, I thought this sandwich was good, but not great. I might try it again with some different ingredients.

The sandwich was good, but I think it would have been better if I had used a different type of bread. The bread I used was a little too soft.

This sandwich was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I think that's because I used a spicy roasted red pepper sauce. Next time I'll use a milder sauce.

I've never been a big fan of spinach, but I loved it in this sandwich. The roasted red peppers and cheese really helped to balance out the flavor.

This sandwich is a great way to use up leftover roasted red peppers. It's also a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables.

I made this sandwich with whole wheat bread and it was still delicious. I also added a little bit of garlic powder to the mayonnaise.
