I had a hard time finding cream cheese, so I used Neufchatel cheese instead. It worked just fine.

This pie is a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try using less toffee next time.

This toffee apple cheese pie was absolutely delightful! The combination of sweet apples, creamy cheese, and crunchy toffee was perfect. The crust was flaky and buttery, and the filling was rich and flavorful. I will definitely be making this pie agai
